Bonsai Estate Sale - Elkhart, IN

Many of you know Cheryl Owens, a long time member of the American Bonsai community. What you might not know of is the accident she had this last summer, where she broke a vertebra in her back. She is currently recuperating in a nursing home, but has decided that she is going to downsize her life once she's back up and going again. She is going to sell her house and move into an apartment. She is going to keep some of her bonsai, but a good majority of it needs to be sold. I am coordinating a sale at her residence in Elkart, IN on Sunday, Sept. 25 from 10am to 5pm Eastern Time. There will be trees, pots, stands, suiseki, benches, water pots, and other misc. items for sale. For an address or more information, please feel free to PM me here.

I shall begin the suiseki tomorrow, I've just gotten done with the outdoor stuff, and am starting on stuff in the house tomorrow night. It'll probably be a few more days yet, as the next step after getting the list of items is to go through it with Cheryl for vetting of what she wants to keep. Just got back from going through the list of 300+ outdoor items that I've inventoried, for determining what's for sale/not for sale. You collect a lot of things when you're in the hobby for 40+ years.
