34th Mid-America Bonsai Exhibit

The 34th Mid-America Bonsai Exhibit, one of the biggest bonsai shows in the country, will be held this year on Aug. 19-21 at the Chicago Botanic Garden in Glencoe, IL (a northern Chicago suburb). Come for a exhibit of trees from a 5 state region, vendors, demonstrations, workshops, and the Garden's world-class collection of bonsai trees. There is no charge for this show, though a parking fee is applicable for the Garden. Parking can be waived if you a a member of a Garden/Arboretum/Soceity that participates in the Reciprocal Garden Program.
