Shorthand version:
Write a message
"Upload Attachment" tab
"Browse" to file
"Add the file" button
"Submit" the message
Slightly wordy version:
Compose your message as usual.
Below the message entry box, you'll see three tabs "Options" "Upload attachment" "Poll creation"; select "Upload attachment".
Select the "Browse" button. Your browser will open a file navigation box. Select the file from your hard drive and you'll be returned to the message entry box.
Now select "Add the file"
Continue editing your message and click "Submit" as you would for any other message.
Options of note:
You can place several photos per message.
Photos can be placed between paragraphs of text using the "Place inline" option
Photos can have comments directly attached to the photo using the "File comment" area.
