F. Salicifolia Stump Answer

I went with a slab forest for the Ficus Salicifolia I mention in a previous thread. I even created the slab I used.

I had a tall, spindly salicifolia that I despaired of finding a style for, though I did like the nebari. Finally, I decided to just chop it off completely and if it lived, it lived, if it died, no serious loss. There were no branches on the middle or lower part of the tree, so the stump had no leaves initially. The tree responded to the trunk chop by going absolutely nuts with new growth, and I finally found a style by turning the tree into a penjing-inspired tree. Before and after pics.
