Re-pot again?????

Postby clrosner » Oct 29, 2010 7:35 pm

Dear ABS forum members:
This morning as I was turning my Ficus retusa around to give it more sun from the western side of my Tree house, I noticed that roots were growing over the top and down the pot. This tree was re-potted in April of this year. It is just about six months since re-potting, and as you can see this is a fairly deep pot. If I lived in Florida, I would not be surprised, but I live in Southern NJ!

Just trim them off. My nerifolia are doing that, too. I'll repot in June.

Pretty tree!

Thanks Jim:
I'll wait unless the roots come through the Tree house wall and attack us in our bedroom!
