American Viewing Stones

Postby baldbonsaiguy » Jul 13, 2012 11:35 am

For stone aficionados it seems like there are two primary views of stone collecting -Japanese (Suiseki) and Chinese (Shagshi or Gongshi). Should thought ever be developed to creating an American view/philosophy of viewing stones?
It could make for some great discussion.

For example here are three stones that do not necessarily fit the model of Suiseki but are nice American Viewing Stones. thoughts?
